Shipping varies, and is $4.99 or up depending on weight. Some heavier shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may be shipped by parcel post.
Insurance for USA orders only covers to point of delivery-- packages that are not sent "signature-required" are not covered if stolen from your doorstep, so request "signature-required delivery" for $2.50 extra if you have an insecure delivery location.
